How Delivery Works

Complete your purchase — Pay securely using credit card, debit card, or bank transfer via Stripe, our PCI-certified payment processor.
Receive your key instantly — Your license key is delivered immediately to your email address and your account dashboard on our website.
Activate your software — Use the key to activate your software directly through the publisher's official activation system (e.g., Microsoft).

Delivery Timeframe

All orders are delivered instantly — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. As soon as your payment is successfully processed, your license key will appear:

On the order confirmation page immediately after checkout.
In your email inbox (check spam/junk folders if you do not see it within a few minutes).
In your account dashboard under My Orders.

No Physical Shipping

Since all our products are digital license keys, there are no shipping costs and no delivery delays. You will not receive any physical package or disc. Everything is delivered electronically.

Didn't Receive Your Key?

If you have not received your license key within a few minutes of completing your purchase:

Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Keys Locker.
Log in to your account dashboard and check your order details.
If you still cannot find your key, contact our support team and we will resolve the issue promptly.
