Keys Locker sells genuine digital software license keys. By purchasing a Product, you receive a license key that allows you to activate and use the corresponding software — you do not acquire ownership of the software itself. Please note the following:

Each license key is valid for one activation on a single device, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Use of the software activated by your license key is subject to the publisher’s End User License Agreement (EULA). By purchasing and activating a key, you agree to comply with the publisher’s licensing terms in addition to these Terms.
The publisher is the licensor of the software — we provide the license key that enables activation through the publisher’s official platform.

License keys are non-transferable once activated. You may not resell, distribute, or share activated license keys.

Technical Issues vs. Key Issues

It is important to distinguish between a key issue and a software issue. If your license key does not activate or is rejected by the publisher’s activation system, that is a key issue and we will assist you (see our Refund Policy). However, if the software activates successfully but later experiences crashes, bugs, performance problems, or compatibility issues, those are software issues that fall under the publisher’s responsibility and support channels — not ours.

4. Account Registration

To make a purchase, you may be asked to create an account. You agree to:

5. Orders & Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are in the currency indicated at the time of purchase and include applicable taxes where required by law.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and bank transfers where available.
We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, violate our Terms, or contain pricing errors.

6. Digital Delivery

All products sold on Keys Locker are delivered digitally:

Upon successful payment, your license key will be delivered instantly via your account dashboard and order confirmation email.
Delivery is considered complete once the license key is made available in your account and/or sent to your email address.
It is your responsibility to save and securely store your license key after delivery. We recommend copying it to a safe location immediately.
If you do not receive your license key within a reasonable time after payment, please contact us at support@keyslocker.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

7. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Each product is backed by a warranty period that ranges from 7 to 30 days depending on the product, during which we will provide a replacement or refund for qualifying issues. 8. Intellectual Property

All product names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Keys Locker is not affiliated with or endorsed by any software publisher unless explicitly stated.
All original content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos (excluding third-party trademarks), and design — is the property of Keys Locker and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Site content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
